Smooth wipe. Clear drive. Engineered for the conditions Indian windscreens actually deal with — monsoon downpours, dust, summer heat, city traffic.
Size-based pricing (₹369 for 12-14", up to ₹549 for 26"). Sold individually — most cars need 2 different sizes. See full size guide below.
Most wiper blades are designed for European or East Asian conditions — moderate temperatures, moderate rain, clean air. Indian driving punishes wipers in ways those benchmarks never anticipated. Wipe-X is engineered specifically for what your windscreen actually sees.
Cleaner visibility through heavy rain. Soft rubber maintains windscreen contact under high water flow; smooth glide coating prevents skipping at high speeds.
Consistent wiping on dusty daily routes. The smooth glide coating handles abrasive Indian dust without scratching the windscreen or wearing out prematurely.
Built to perform through Indian summer heat and long drives. The soft rubber compound is heat-stabilised — doesn't harden or crack like cheap blades exposed to 45°C+ surface temps.
Smooth, quiet wipes for everyday commuting. No squeaking from worn rubber, no streaking that requires three passes — clean visibility on every single wipe.
Wipe-X uses a soft rubber compound — more compliant than the hard-rubber blades that ship as factory equipment on most Indian cars. Soft rubber forms a better seal against the windscreen across its full edge length, which means no streaks, no missed water beads, no triple-pass wiping. The trade-off most manufacturers fear with soft rubber is faster wear — Wipe-X solves this through the smooth glide coating (next section) which reduces friction-induced wear. End result: streak-free wiping plus 6-12 months of life.
A proprietary surface coating on the rubber edge reduces friction between the blade and the windscreen by ~30% compared to uncoated rubber. Three downstream benefits: the blade glides silently rather than chattering or squeaking; rubber wear is significantly slower (because friction is the primary wear mechanism); and the wiper motor draws less current, reducing strain on the wiper mechanism over time. The coating is integral to the rubber — not a sprayed-on layer that wears off after a month.
The blade body is shaped to manage airflow at highway speeds. Traditional flat-back wipers tend to lift off the windscreen above 100 km/h — the air pushes them up, the blade loses contact, water sheets back across your view. The Wipe-X profile uses the airstream to press the blade INTO the windscreen rather than lift it off. The result is consistent contact through monsoon driving even at expressway speeds (Mumbai-Pune, Yamuna Expressway, Delhi-Jaipur).
A flexible spine inside the blade body ensures even pressure across the entire blade length. Cheap wipers have pressure concentration near the centre with weak contact at the ends — which is why you get streaks at the top and bottom of the wipe arc on old blades. Wipe-X's distributed spine maintains uniform windscreen contact from one end to the other, producing genuinely streak-free wiping across the full sweep area.
The U-Type hook connector is the de facto standard for Indian-market cars and most globally — used by Maruti, Hyundai, Honda, Toyota, Tata, Mahindra, Kia, Ford, Skoda, and Volkswagen. The connector clips onto your wiper arm's pin in seconds without tools. Cars with non-standard connectors (some newer European models with push-button or bayonet attachments) are not yet supported — confirm before ordering.
Most cars need TWO different sizes — driver side (longer) and passenger side (shorter). Order each individually. Not sure which sizes? Check your existing wiper blades, your car's manual, or message us with your year/model.

Common-car-size mapping is indicative — exact sizes vary by year and variant. Verify by reading the size off your existing blade or checking your car's manual. Email us with your car's year/make/model and we'll confirm both sizes (driver + passenger).
Wiper blades are the cheapest car upgrade with the biggest day-to-day impact. The difference between an OEM-tier blade and Wipe-X is the difference between fighting your windscreen in monsoon and seeing the road through it.
Pull the wiper arm away from the windscreen until it stays up on its own. Most cars hold it at roughly 90° from rest position.
Press the small release tab on the existing blade's connector and slide it off the wiper arm. The old blade comes off without tools.
Slide the U-Type connector onto the wiper arm until you hear/feel a click. The blade is now locked in place.
Gently lower the wiper arm back to the windscreen. Spray a little washer fluid and run a test wipe to confirm the blade contacts the glass evenly across its full length.
Repeat for the passenger-side wiper. Total time: under 5 minutes for both blades. No tools required.

Most cars use TWO different sizes — a longer one for the driver side and a shorter one for the passenger side. The size is printed on your existing wiper blade (look on the connector or the blade body), in your car's owner manual, or available on most car parts databases by entering your make/model/year. Common Indian-car sizes: Maruti Swift (22" + 16"), Hyundai Verna (24" + 16"), Mahindra XUV700 (24" + 18"), Honda City (26" + 14").
Because most cars need two DIFFERENT sizes. Selling individually lets you order exactly what your car needs — say, a 22-inch for the driver side and a 16-inch for the passenger. Buying a pre-paired set forces you to take whatever sizes come together, which usually means one blade is the wrong size. Order both blades in the right sizes for your car.
U-Type is the most common wiper blade attachment style on Indian-market cars (and globally — used by most major manufacturers). The connector has a hook shape that clips onto the wiper arm's pin. If your car uses U-Type (which it likely does), Wipe-X fits directly without adapters. If your car uses a different connector style (some newer European cars use push-button or bayonet attachments), let us know your model and we'll confirm.
6-12 months. Indian conditions are harder on wiper blades than most: intense UV exposure deteriorates rubber faster, monsoon downpours saturate the blade's grip, summer heat (40°C+ surface temps on parked cars) accelerates rubber breakdown, and dust embedded in the rubber edge starts to scratch your windscreen if left too long. Replace at the first sign of streaking — usually around 6 months for heavy-use cars, 12 months for light-use cars.
Yes — designed specifically for it. The soft rubber compound maintains windscreen contact under heavy water flow, the smooth glide coating reduces friction that causes skipping during high-volume rain, and the flexible spline holds full edge contact even at high vehicle speed when wind tries to lift the blade off the windscreen.
Yes. The soft rubber compound has improved grip on dusty, gritty windscreens compared to typical hard-rubber blades. The smooth glide coating reduces the rubber-on-dust friction that causes wear and noise. With proper windscreen washer fluid use (don't dry-wipe dust — always wet it down first), Wipe-X handles the dust season without prematurely failing.
A combination of the soft rubber compound and the smooth glide coating that significantly reduces the squeaking and chattering noise that worn-out wipers produce. New Wipe-X blades wipe near-silently; you should not hear them over the radio at normal volume. If you start hearing wiper noise after a few months of use, that's the sign to replace the blade.
Global Road Tested. The blades have been validated through accelerated wear testing for UV exposure, temperature cycling (-20°C to +60°C surface), and continuous wipe cycles equivalent to 12 months of typical use. They meet the durability and performance standards required for major international markets where wiper blade quality is regulated.
Very. Four steps, less than 5 minutes per blade. (1) Lift the wiper arm away from the windscreen. (2) Press the release tab on the existing blade and slide it off the arm. (3) Slide the new Wipe-X blade onto the arm until it clicks. (4) Lower the arm back to the windscreen. No tools required.
