The 1 Colour + 2 Laser (BP-101) is the highway specialist of the standard Black Phantom tier. 110W output (highest in standard), single 6000K crisp white colour, and 2 laser projection beams that activate on high beam to extend your view much further than LED alone can reach. Best for long-distance highway driving where you want maximum forward reach. If you want colour-toggle flexibility for varied conditions, the 3 Colour (BP-103) is the better choice; if you want a flagship that combines lasers AND 3-colour toggle, step up to the Ultra 3C+2L (BP-104).

The 2 lasers are tightly focused light projection beams that activate automatically when you switch to high beam. They project significantly further than the LED hotspot alone — extending your visible road ahead from the ~150m typical of premium LED projectors to ~250-300m at highway driving speeds. The lasers are sealed inside the lens housing and meet automotive safety standards. Critical: never look directly into the lasers when energised.

110W per lamp is well within the capacity of standard 12V automotive electrical systems. We strongly recommend wiring through a relay (the wiring kit supports this) — this isolates the high-current draw from your factory switch circuits. Your car's main wiring is unchanged; the lamps draw power directly from the battery through the relay.

Fog lamp projector installation involves cutting body panels (if not factory-fitted), routing high-current wiring through firewalls, fitting a relay correctly, and properly aiming the beam to avoid blinding oncoming traffic. Each step can be done DIY by a confident enthusiast, but mistakes are costly — incorrect aim is illegal and dangerous, and incorrect wiring can damage your car's ECU. IP67 means the housing is sealed against dust ingress and withstands temporary submersion in water up to 1 metre for 30 minutes. Normal rain, monsoon spray, car washes, and even occasional river-crossings are fine. Direct high-pressure jet washing on the lens or seal area is not recommended — it can force water past seals designed for static immersion, not pressurised spray.

Black Phantom fog lamps are an aftermarket fitment. They are sold for off-road and rural-highway use where no oncoming traffic is expected. On road use, they should be wired through a separate switch and used only when conditions warrant (fog, dust storms, unlit highways with no oncoming traffic). Switch them off on approach of oncoming vehicles — at 110W combined with lasers, they are far brighter than legal headlight output. Some state RTOs have stricter aftermarket lighting interpretations than others; verify locally.
